Who we are
Juniper (junipermail.ca) sends email campaigns on behalf of vetted advertisers to realtors in British Columbia. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@junipermail.ca.
Information about realtors on our list
Our list contains business contact information that realtors publish in a professional capacity, such as name, brokerage, business email and business phone. We use it only to send emails relevant to their work as realtors. We do not sell, rent or give the list to advertisers.
Information about advertisers and visitors
When you contact us or use the client portal we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email, phone, mailing address, campaign materials and billing details. Payments are processed by our payment provider and we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
- To send and manage campaigns
- To vet advertisers and respond to requests
- To produce delivery reports with campaign totals
- To process unsubscribe requests and keep records of them
- To meet legal and tax obligations
Email tracking
Our sending system records delivery, bounces and unsubscribes, and may record opens and link clicks to measure campaign performance in total. We do not give advertisers data about individual realtors.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run Juniper, including email delivery, hosting and payment processing. Some providers may store data outside Canada.
Unsubscribing
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Opt outs are honoured promptly and apply to all future Juniper sends. See our unsubscribe page.
Access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@junipermail.ca.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
