Is this CASL compliant?
Juniper is built to follow Canada's anti spam law. We email business addresses that realtors publish, about their work. Every email names the sender, shows a mailing address and has a working unsubscribe link.
Do I get the list?
No. We send on your behalf. Advertisers never receive the list.
Whose name is on the email?
Yours, in the From line. Your mailing address goes in the footer and replies land in your inbox.
How do I make my email?
Three ways. Use our builder and see your email live as you type, paste your own HTML and we clean it and add the required footer, or have Juniper build it for you. You approve it before it goes out.
Can Juniper build the email for me?
Yes. Upload your images, brochure and notes, and we lay out the email and post a proof to your dashboard for approval. It is a $35 plus GST add on for layout only. Copywriting or design is quoted separately.
What is a brand kit?
Save your logo, colours, heading font, button style, footer details and sign off once in your account. Every new email you build starts with them.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes. By default your email sends from Juniper’s sending domain with your name in the From line and replies landing in your inbox. To send from your own domain, add the DNS records we give you in the portal and we verify it before your first send.
Who can advertise?
Developers, presale teams, realtors and businesses that serve the real estate industry. We review every advertiser.
Which regions are open?
Vancouver and Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island and Thompson Okanagan are open now. All of BC is available for presale sends.
How does the 3 pack work?

Click unsubscribe in any Juniper email, or use our unsubscribe page.
